9-Week Remote Strength Training Block – Specifically designed for Women that Run, Trek and Mountain Bike. Build your strength and power over Spring so you’re ready to perform at your best in your Summer training loads!

This series is set up for all levels and will have a big focus on your Hips, Glutes, and Lower Core - helping you move more efficiently and powerfully. Stick to the plan, and by the end, you’ll feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident on your feet and your bike.

This is the perfect lead up to the Spirited Women’s Adventure Race in February! Build your strength now before your heavier endurance loads come into play. This can then lead into a 12 Week Strength & Endurance Fitness Training Block so you can crush YOUR personal race goals.

What’s Included:

  • 9 Week Training Block on the Training Tilt App - Remote (Can do from anywhere!)

  • Strength, Fitness & Mobility Sessions - Fully adjusted to you/Gym &/or Home Sessions (no equipment needed)

    (All Walk/Run/Bike Fitness & Strength Sessions Included - Kayak Sessions can also be included if you have one)

  • Self Assessed Strength & Fitness testing to show your progress

  • Private Facebook Group for training tips and accountability

  • Initial Zoom Call

  • Email Check Ins

**NOTE: Your first payment will come out as soon as you register. Your next payment will come out in Week 2 and continue through to Week 9 - So you can sign up at anytime! We recommend that you sign up at least a week before start date so we can book your Zoom Call and have you ready to go for the 29th September.
