9-Week Remote Strength Training Block – Built for Women Who Train for the Trails, Hills & Beyond

Build real, usable strength now so you can hit your Spring training feeling strong, capable, and ready for bigger loads.

This remote series is designed for women who want strength that actually transfers to the outdoors. Whether you're running trails, riding hills, or heading out for long adventures, you’ll build the strength to support it.

We will have a strong focus on hips, glutes, and lower core - helping you move more efficiently, climb stronger, and stay injury-free.

Follow the plan, and by the end of the 9 weeks you’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your training.

What’s Included:

  • 9-week structured training block via Training Tilt – Remote, can do from anywhere!

  • Strength, fitness & mobility sessions fully tailored to YOU and your current level

  • Flexible training – your plan works around your schedule

  • Equipment to suit you – train with bodyweight at home, use what’s available at your gym, or level up with an optional at-home strength pack

  • Self-assessed strength & fitness testing to track your progress

  • Initial Zoom call to get you set up and confident with the plan

  • Ongoing check-ins for support, guidance, and accountability

  • Weekly Emails for training tips and support

**NOTE: Your first payment will come out as soon as you register. Your next payment will come out in Week 1 and continue through to Week 9 - So you can sign up at anytime! We recommend that you sign up at least a week before start date so we can book your Zoom Call and have you ready to go for the 4th May!
