I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Coach for over 17 years and I genuinely love what I do. I’m also a mum of two, so when I’m not in the gym with clients or keeping up with my small humans, you’ll usually find me out on the trails, training for the next adventure, or stealing a quiet moment for a really good coffee.
I’m especially passionate about helping women prepare for their next adventure race - building the strength, endurance and confidence to handle whatever race day throws at them. Women’s health and strength is a huge focus of mine, and I love supporting women to train in a way that works with their bodies, not against them. If you’re managing an injury, I’m all about helping you get stronger around it so you can still show up, train well, and get to that start line feeling capable.

Sport has always been a huge part of my life and this has evolved into many things over the years. Now with a young family and working part-time life is pretty busy so it is more about getting out for some me time, sharing adventures with friends and if there happens to be a coffee along the way I’m in my happy place!
I love sharing my passion with other women and seeing them find themselves and their happy place.
