Build real, usable strength this Autumn/Winter so you can hit your Spring training feeling powerful, capable, and ready for anything.
This series is designed specifically for women of all levels who want to feel strong. Whether you're climbing hills, pushing your pace on the bike or throwing yourself into a weekend adventure. We will help you build the strength that actually transfers.
We’ll be training full body each In-Person Session, and have a strong focus on your hips, glutes, and lower core - all so you can move more efficiently, climb stronger, descend with confidence, and stay injury-free.
Stick with it, and by the end of the 9 weeks you’ll feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident on your feet and your bike.

10 x 60 minute Group Sessions (Halswell, Christchurch. Sundays at 8:30 AM, starting May 3rd)

Miss a session? No worries! Your Coach will provide an alternative session aligned with your weekly goals. If you can’t make the first or last session, we’ll set up a Zoom call and send you your strength and fitness test to complete from anywhere.

We recommend that you sign up at least a week before start date so we can book your Zoom Call and have you ready to go for the 3rd May!
**This In-Person Strength Series will run with a minimum of 10 women. While it’s very unlikely we won’t reach that number, rest assured that if we don’t, you’ll receive a full refund and have the option to transfer to the remote series.
