  • Remote Weekly Training Plan on the awesome Training Tilt App (Up until Race Weekend 22nd February)

  • Hike/Run Fitness, Mountain Bike Fitness, Strength Training and Mobility Work (If you have access to a kayak, then kayak fitness can be included!)

  • Fully adjusted to YOU - Your chosen Course Length, Fitness Level, Injuries/Restrictions and Availability.

  • Facebook Group to provide motivation, training tips & tricks to help keep you accountable

  • Initial Zoom Call & regular check-ins to keep you on track!
